The NoovexOS project operates the website and is responsible for account data. New paid memberships are paused while the seller identity is being finalized. Read the full Privacy Policy.

What the operating system collects

Nothing. There is no telemetry, no advertising identifier and no background reporting.

What the website collects

• Essential request data (page requested, coarse country, timestamp) to keep the site running.
• Account data (username, credentials, profile and settings) if you create an account.
• Membership and transaction status for paid Supporter purchases. Paddle handles checkout information including name, email and card details as Merchant of Record.

We use this data to provide accounts and memberships (contract), keep the site secure (legitimate interests), meet legal duties and honor consent choices. Hosting/authentication providers and Paddle process relevant data; professional advisers and authorities may receive information where necessary. Data is held while needed for these purposes and then deleted or anonymised, subject to backups and legal records. There is no fixed automatic log deletion period. We use HTTPS and access controls.

Depending on location, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and consent withdrawal. GDPR users can complain to a data-protection authority and normally receive a reply within one month. Contact the project via its public issue tracker without posting sensitive data.
